Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Wrap Garlic in foil and place in an oven-safe baking dish. Roast for about 30 minutes (Soft to touch). Let it cool. Once cooled, take it out of the peel and mush it on the cutting board to paste. Chop Avocado and mush it using the side of the knife. Add diced onion, tomato mushed Avocado, Garlic, and chicken bouillon powder in a medium bowl. Serve immediately with your favorite Tortilla chips.
