The 1980’s
As part of Generation X, I have fondest memories of the 80’s.
I remember the arcades, Big Hair, Big shoulder pads, etc.
As I grew older, I realized the importance of spending time with your loved ones face-to-face. Not through text or e-mail.
In the ’80s, socialization was much different than now.
If you want to meet someone, you must attend club or house parties.
Though I enjoy the convenience of technology, I prefer playing video games at the house with friends and having sleepovers.
Going to the malls, Movies, Discos, etc.
I’m sure many of Gen X feel the same way. Even if you are not from the Gen X era, you must have heard from your parents or seen it on a TV series how 80’s was.
