Potato Croquettes

Ingredients
- 1/2 Lbs. Potatoes
- 0.3 Lbs. Ground Pork
- 1/2 Onion Small
- 1 tsp Oil
- 2 Tbsp Soy Sauce
- 2 Tbsp Sugar
- 50 cc Half and Half
- 1/4 Cup Flour For batter
- 1 Egg Beaten for batter
- 1/4 Cup Panko Bread Crumbs
- 2 Cup Frying Oil
Notes
Wash the potatoes thoroughly, place them with the skin on a heat-resistant plate, loosely cover with plastic wrap and microwave. Soften. Then, peel the skin and mash it with a Potato masher.
Heat a small amount of oil in a frying pan and fry the chopped onions and minced pork . When the surface of the ground meat turns whitish, add soy sauce and sugar and fry over high heat, stirring to avoid burning, until the liquid evaporates.
Add the fresh cream from step 2 to the mashed potatoes from step 1 and mix well.
Shape Into your desired shape, dip in flour (thinly and evenly), beaten egg, and breadcrumbs, and fry in warm vegetable oil until golden brown.
