Carne Asada Marinade (Fajita)
Marinade for Beef Flat Steaks
Ingredients
- 1 Lbs Beef Skirt Steak or Flank Steak
- 1 Lime Juiced
- 1 Lemon Juiced
- 1 Orange Juiced or 1/2 Cup 100% Orange Juice
- 2 Tbsp Chili Powder
- 1 1/2 Tbsp Dried Oregano Preferably Mexican
- 2 Tbsp Ground Cumin
- 1/4 cup Cilantro Leaves Chopped
- 5 Cloves Garlic Peeled and Coarsely Chopped
- 1/4 Cup Soy Sauce
- 1 Tbsp Chicken Bouillon Knorr
- 2 Tbsp Onion Powder
- 1/2 Tsp Accent Optional
- 2 Jalapeno Chili Pepper Optional (Sliced)
- 1 Onion Medium, Sliced Thin
Notes
In a mixing bowl, add Steak.
Mix all ingredients and pour over the Steak.
Marinade overnight or at least 8-10 hours before grilling.
