Amsterdam is, by far, my husband’s favorite place in Europe.
We have visited three times in the past.
Our third visit was in September of 2018.
As in many European cities, streets are cobblestones.
Beautiful and old buildings.
The sense of freedom since most light drugs are legal to consume in the coffee shop. Yet, it’s as safe as it can be.
We enjoyed getting up and hitting local grocery stores to buy freshly baked bread and whatever we would make for dinner that night.
Airbnb was slightly further than the central due to the rise in price near Central these days. It was a perfect excuse for us to use local transportation. We stayed a total of 7 days with a couple of our friends.
We visited the Local Festival, a few museums, and an excellent bakery and ice cream shop.
