Anti- Bullying

Throughout my late elementary years, I was a victim of bullying.
The teachers were no help. Too scared to intervene.
Luckily, in my case, one day, it stopped suddenly without any reason.
I believe in higher interventions.
My husband had similar experiences when he was in elementary school.
He stopped it himself by beating the bully. (Although violence is not recommended, boys have a different way of resolving the issues.)

I learned one thing from my experiences: bullying is mostly not personal towards you. The bully has insecurity issues, and they are trying to raise their self-esteem by bullying.
It could be that they might be having domestic issues, such as an unhappy home life.
All though this is no excuse to bully anyone.

If you or your child are the victim of bullying, it’s essential to know that the issue is not you. It’s them.
They are probably dealing with insecurity issues due to family life.
They need to deal with that. It would be best if you did not take it as your fault for being bullied. Never consider taking your life over it.
The best option might be to take yourself out of the situation. (Moving, Maybe changing schools, or blocking the person from social media)

Again, never think about taking your life over it.
